Seeking Associates or higher technical degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory field service role.

Shall :

• Manage national field service team.
• Engage in service support plan sales, service order billing and cost management.
• Coach technical staff to deliver quality and courteous support in a timely manner creating positive customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Enforce maintenance of full and accurate service call documentation.
• Address customer issues and complaints.
• Train team to enhance strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and report metrics.
• Promote maintenance, retrofit, improvement. parts, services, and supplies product offerings.
• Maintain and control parts, tools and equipment inventories.
