Position Summary

In this role, you’ll assist with coordinating parts supply processes, ensuring smooth financial transactions with suppliers, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and reconcile them with purchasing records and payment systems
• Review and match credit card transactions to purchase logs using internal systems
• Track and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment delays with external vendors
• Follow up on outstanding balances, missing credits, or incorrect billing information
• Support inventory records by verifying purchase order data and updating documentation
• Monitor monthly account statements and assist in clearing aged or unmatched items
• Communicate with vendors to clarify order fulfillment, payments, and record inconsistencies
