Summary :

The Warehouse Manager position manages a team of Inventory Coordinators and Specialists in multiple warehouses and across several states. The position is responsible for ensuring their warehouses are always operating in a safe manner, all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that inventory is accurately accounted for, and inventory transactions are processed in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversees and manages all daily warehouse operations, facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment
• Supervises and provides leadership to Inventory Coordinators and Inventory Specialists
• Oversees, conducts and reconciles inventory cycle counts, including verification of material certifications on file as required
• Assists with evaluating requests to add new items to inventory, including adjustments to minimum / maximum levels and reclassification of inventory as required
• Works closely with Operations / Tech Services-Reliability to establish and maintain critical spare parts inventory levels
• Works with the Quality Assurance Department to ensure that materials and related documentation meet requirements to be maintained as inventory for use on future projects
• Works with Buyers to purchase inventory replenishments and utilize surplus inventory
• Conducts quarterly safety meetings.
• Assists with loading and unloading of inventory materials as needed
• On call 24 / 7 for emergencies
