About Us We are a local senior-living business based in St. Augustine. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help with our monthly accounting and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain QuickBooks records (income, expenses, vendor payments)

Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly

Prepare basic financial reports for CPA and management review

Track invoices, payables, and receivables

Communicate with management on missing documents or clarifications

Requirements

Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)

Familiar with U.S. LLC accounting and property management preferred

Accurate, organized, and reliable with good communication skills

Can work remotely or locally in St. Augustine area

CPA or bookkeeping certificate a plus

Schedule & Pay

Part-time (5–15 hours per week, flexible schedule)

Pay : $20 per hour

Start Date : Immediately
