ACF Global Logistics is a full-service freight forwarder, customs broker, and 3PL / 4PL provider headquartered in Spring Arbor, MI, with rapidly expanding operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. 2025 marks another year of growth — adding over one million square feet of warehouse capacity in Michigan, new offices in Europe, and additional locations in Mexico. As part of this expansion, we’re building a dedicated branch in Cincinnati, OH , to strengthen our domestic carrier network and support our national sales division.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Branch Manager – Carrier Sales to lead ACF’s newest U.S. branch and drive the continued growth of our domestic freight network.

This is an executive-level opportunity to build and oversee a branch operation from the ground up — blending leadership, carrier development, and operational execution. You’ll collaborate closely with ACF’s executive and Michigan operations teams while establishing a high-performance culture in Cincinnati focused on service, efficiency, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cincinnati branch, managing daily operations while aligning with ACF’s national growth strategy.
• Build, mentor, and expand a carrier sales and operations team focused on FTL, LTL, and expedited services.
• Establish and maintain strong carrier relationships to enhance ACF’s domestic freight network.
• Support sales executives with real-time capacity insights, rate analysis, and operational solutions.
• Oversee load planning, dispatching, and carrier compliance to ensure performance standards are met.
• Partner with ACF’s international and warehousing divisions to create seamless end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Develop and execute SOPs, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and visibility.
• Represent ACF’s leadership culture — balancing operational discipline with creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
