Security Professional - Tech / Media Patrol Specialist

Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

Join Allied Universal as a security professional supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment for all. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
