The team leads high-impact initiatives that shape the future of Schwab's presence in this rapidly evolving space. As Manager, Digital Assets Business Operations & Strategy (individual contributor), you'll help define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our digital assets offerings, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. What You'll Do

Lead and execute strategic crypto projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, technology, finance, risk, and operations)

Synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, develop business cases, and inform product and market strategies

Build and maintain perspectives on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments in digital assets

Develop high-impact presentations and analysis for executive audiences

Own workstreams within complex projects and drive end-to-end delivery, from ideation to implementation

Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and with external partners to advance strategic priorities

Exercise professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information

What You Have

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in strategy or operating roles within financial services, technology, or consulting
• Documented experience and familiarity with crypto or digital assets
• Demonstrated experience in analytics, financial modeling, and business case development
• Excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills; proven ability to work across functions and drive alignment
• High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Passion for learning and intellectual curiosity about emerging technologies and financial innovation
