Family Practice - Community Engagement - $200K Signing Incentive

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to take over a thriving practice in Central Wisconsin. The incoming provider will be joining a well-established system comprised of 7 hospitals and 65 clinics throughout portions of Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. This location offers physicians the opportunity to work with residents (4-week rotations through this location) and the option to focus on sports medicine, womens health, geriatrics, or behavioral health.

Compensation and Benefits :

• $275,000 - $325,000 base salary depending on schedule and experience level
• Relocation reimbursement
• Up to $200,000 recruitment incentive paid directly to you - use for your student loans or whatever you want!
