Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Direct experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics center environments.
• Familiarity with handling and documentation for high-value electronic components.
• Strong practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP / MRP transaction processing.
• Solid understanding of dock operations (shipping / receiving), material handling best practices, and basic import / export documentation requirements (e.g., Incoterms, HTS codes).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train operational staff in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will lead and manage daily receiving and / or shipping operations to ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials for complex manufacturing programs. You'll supervise material handlers and clerks, organize shift schedules, and allocate resources to maintain operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include overseeing inbound receiving processes, resolving discrepancies with Purchasing and Quality teams, and managing outbound shipping activities such as packaging and carrier staging. You'll verify customs documentation for compliance, maintain inventory accuracy through WMS and ERP / MRP systems, and support investigations into transaction errors. Safety will be a top priority as you enforce company protocols and conduct daily briefings. Additionally, you'll identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and quality.
