About The Team

We are seeking an INDOPACOM Program Director to lead our strategic initiatives in the Indo-Pacific region. This key role, located in Hawaii, is responsible for driving Mission Command delivery and managing a diverse team within our MOps organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional groups to create transformative defense solutions that align with U.S. and allied military objectives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies that align technology roadmaps with regional military objectives, and U.S. national security priorities.
• Own the delivery of Mission Command in the Indo-Pacific, integrating advanced technologies to support operational objectives.
• Serve as a people manager for the Mission Operations team in Hawaii. Pull together diverse talents, manage performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Act as the primary Mission Command liaison with U.S. Pacific Command and governmental agencies, building robust relationships to ensure rapid program integration and adaptive responses to emerging challenges.
• Oversee planning, execution, and lifecycle management while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Set a coherent product vision for Mission Command.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to define mission-critical requirements. Communicate a consistent but tailored message for each of these audiences and provide structure for others to do the same.
• Represent Anduril at high-level meetings and strategic engagements, articulating program objectives and outcomes to stakeholders and key decision-makers.
