Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Sale Auto and Home Policies

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Take premium payments from customers.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Generating insurance quotes.

• .Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

BILINGUAL -Fluent in Spanish is required

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

SIGNING BONUS FOR BILINGUAL AND LICENSED
