Responsibilities :
Assist with the management of day to day functions of a long-term care and skilled nursing facilityMaintain the facility budgetEnsure facility is compliant from a federal and state level, routine inspectionsMake sure care meets clinical, safety, and quality standards.Prepare for and respond to surveys (inspections).Maintain required documentation and policies.Hire, train, support, and evaluate department leaders and staff.Maintain staffing levels to meet regulatory requirements.Promote a safe, positive, compliant workplace.Work on long-term planning, including marketing and census development.QUALIFICATIONS :
