Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of facility-related departments, including maintenance, tool crib, and shipping & receiving. This role ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and federal regulations while driving operational efficiency and team performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Supervision :
- Supervise and lead a UAW-represented team in either maintenance, shipping & receiving, or tool stores.
- Train and coach team members on procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
