Project Controls Engineer

Our client is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Specialist that has experience managing, maintaining and reporting on a comprehensive project control system. As a Sr. Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for cost control, cash flow projections, performance reporting and document control. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. This is an onsite position, that can offer per diem. Job Title : Sr. Project Controls Specialist Location : Arkadelphia, AR Pay Rate : Pay will be dependent on experience level Key Responsibilities Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and performance through earned value management (EVM) and other performance measurement techniques. Lead the review, analysis and maintenance of integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls on large industrial projects (e.g., oil and gas, power generation, mining, chemical). Strong knowledge of cost control principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management. Demonstrated experience in risk management and change management processes.
