Janitor 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Janitor to join our team on 2nd Shift. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe production environment by performing detailed cleaning and sanitizing of processing and production equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Rate : $19.00 $21.00 per hour

Shift Differentials :

• 2nd Shift : +$1.50 / hour
• 3rd Shift : +$2.00 / hour
• Weekend Days : +$2.00 / hour
• Weekend Nights : +$2.50 / hour

Schedule :

This position may occasionally require off-shift, weekend, or holiday coverage based on business needs.

Benefits (Upon Conversion 520 hours) : A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off (PTO), and a 5% profit-sharing bonus.

Qualifications

Education :

High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills :

Ability to read, write, and follow detailed written instructions.

Must be dependable, safety-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Regular bending, stooping, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Standing and walking for up to 10+ hours per shift.

Exposure to noise, warm temperatures, cleaning chemicals, and industrial equipment.

Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and staging as required.
