Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform low complexity builds of computing products in accordance with build plan
  • Install system hardware and components
  • Prepare product for assembly
  • Kit and package product
  • Identify and process non-conforming material
  • Maintain product documentation, capture component and system serial numbers
  • Create and apply product labeling
  • Engage in cross-training to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years related assembly experience
  • Ability to continually stand for long hours
  • Capability to regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach
  • Ability to consistently handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be reliable and report consistently to your scheduled shift, including overtime hours
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within timeframes
  • Good communication skills
  • Reading, writing, and understanding of English
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Must be comfortable working under safety, quality, and productivity standards
