No Call

Must be able to work independently

Must have 1 yr experience (No new grads considered)

Seeing all ages

Patients per day : 20-40

Support staff provided and Med Dir available via phone if needed

MUST have Oregon license and DEA

BLS required

COVID vaccine or exemption required
