KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our KPMG Strategy practice.
Responsibilities :
Perform rapid assessments of technology companies and their product and technology assets and strategy
Lead teams of consultants executing engagements on tight timelines and with high visibility from our clients and internal leaders
Develop technology, process improvements, mentor team members to increase our efficiency and the quality of our offerings
Create thought leadership reports and presentations to raise the profile of our offerings and attract interest from external and internal parties
Lead sales pursuits by developing pitch material and presenting to prospective customers
Handle the highest level of confidential information while managing multiple and competing tasks. Exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment while making decisions and formulating procedures
Qualifications :
Minimum eight years of combined professional experience in a consulting firm, or industry with specific experience in technical software product development experience and business strategy, M&A preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college / university, MBA a plus.
Technical experience includes foundational software architecture, software engineering experience with a scaled, fast growing technology business, knowledge of new technologies such as AI-coding tools, AI and ML features, Low-code / No-code tools
Strategic consulting and business experience around technology or strategy, product management or product strategy, evaluation of technology deals at private equity or corporate development role. Ability to sell and lead projects with a consulting mindset, excellent communication skills around complex concepts
Willingness and ability to travel. While we anticipate 1 week per month or fewer of travel for this role, more is possible depending on client and firm needs
