Maintenance Technician

Our client values the discipline, troubleshooting ability, and mission-focused mindset that military service instills and they are looking for a strong veteran for their Maintenance Technician position, you'll play a critical role in keeping the equipment, facilities, and production lines operating at peak efficiency, ensuring the team can meet mission objectives, just like in the service.

• Equipment troubleshooting and repair : Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Preventive and predictive maintenance : Apply a proactive mindset to maintain and improve reliability and uptime
• Technical operations; Operate tools such as welders, saws, drills, power tools, and forklifts to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Process and safety compliance : Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to ensure precision and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaboration and continuous improvement : Work with a team to identify areas for operational efficiency and cost-saving solutions
• CMMS and inventory management : Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, parts, and repairs

Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
