Position Overview

The Executive Vice President (EVP) will serve as a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for driving the agency's growth through new business development, oversight of large-scale integrated campaigns, and deep involvement in client strategy. This individual must be a seasoned PR leader with a track record of generating new revenue through strong relationships and delivering groundbreaking, cross-functional creative work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth

• Serve as a growth catalyst, leveraging an extensive personal network to identify and secure new client partnerships.
• Lead with a growth mindset, actively listening, connecting the dots and growing existing pieces of business.
• Lead new business pitches, from concept to execution, including shaping strategy and creative ideation.

2. Leadership : Client and Team

Required Experience & Attributes

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $250K to $300K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
