Job description

Dankos, Gordon & Tucker, a multispecialty law firm in Richmond, Virginia is seeking to add a full-time associate to our practice.

We represent people in the following types of matters :

Residential and Commercial Real Estate
General Civil Litigation
Debt Collection
Estate Planning
Individual and Corporate Business Law
Personal Injury

This position will offer the following opportunities :

General District and Circuit Court appearances throughout Central Virginia

Real estate closings client meetings

Drafting settlement agreements and other contracts

Preparing pleadings for litigation, including discovery requests and responses

Dispute resolution including litigation, negotiation and mediation

Job Requirements :

Virginia State Bar License in good standing
