Marketing and Communications Manager

A company is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the Mailchimp Academy learning community, moderating discussions and onboarding new members

Develop community-specific content in collaboration with instructional designers and subject matter experts

Manage email marketing processes, including crafting copy, designing templates, and segmenting audiences

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience is ideal

3-5+ years in a marketing, communications, or community management role, preferably in SaaS or e-learning

Proven experience building and managing an online community with a strong understanding of engagement best practices

Proficiency with email marketing platforms, preferably Eloqua, and understanding of marketing automation principles

Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for audience segmentation and automation
