Software Engineer Lead - Contractor

Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.

Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.

Facilitates complex problem resolution.

Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.

Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Experience :

7-10 years experience required.

Job Summary :

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.
• Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures.
• Inform customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance.
• Direct software programming and development of documentation. Mentorship of team members.

Must Have Technical Skills : Angular + NodeJS, API Java, Containerization, Micro Services, Oracle / SQL, RESTful APIs, Springboot, Leadership skills to lead team Ability to work with cross functional teams / lead team members. Dynamic Results Driven Flex Skills / Nice to Have : Previous Management experience

Soft Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Open transparent communication. Ability to work with cross functional teams / lead team members Education / Certifications : Bach min-Skill set more important than certs.
