Job descriptionPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment, including breakdowns, inspections, adjustments, and part replacements Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and specialized knowledge Serve as the primary point of contact with clients during on-site visits, communicating service activities and recommendations Complete service reports, documenting work performed, parts used, and any relevant details Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all tasks Experience in a similar field service or maintenance role, preferably in automotive manufacturing or machinery industries Strong understanding of mechanical systems in production machinery Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
