  • About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Data to play a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of its data capabilities. This senior leadership position is focused on building and leading a centralized data team to define and implement data collection, analysis, and utilization strategies that will drive the success of the company's mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the modern data stack, including data warehousing, ELT / ETL, and BI tools, with a proven track record of building and scaling data functions in high-growth environments. The role requires a deep technical expertise in SQL, Python or R, and experience with modern data platforms and tools. The Head of Data will be responsible for establishing data practices, governance standards, and delivering improvements to KPI reporting and analytics infrastructure. A key aspect of the role is the ability to lead a data team, mentor and manage performance, and ensure that data is at the core of the company's decision-making process. Candidates for the Head of Data position at the company should possess a servant leadership mindset, be strategic thinkers, and have exceptional communication skills. The role demands a leader who is intellectually curious, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity, with a strong focus on team health and business impact. The successful candidate will be expected to be hands-on, with a low ego and high ownership approach, and to be adept at influencing without authority in a cross-functional environment. Experience in applying machine learning, predictive modeling, or NLP to business problems is a bonus, particularly in the context of the creator economy, SaaS, or product-led growth environments. The company values diversity and is an equal-opportunity employer, encouraging candidates who meet a significant portion of the requirements to apply.
