As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a retail and mall environment, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols throughout the location and maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving position, requiring you to navigate the property as you interact with guests, tenants, and staff, delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the location.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and / or employees with directions and general inquiries.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and log all patrol activities as required by Allied Universal and location protocols.
