Travel ICU RN 13-Week Assignment Oneonta, NY

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Oneonta, New York. This night shift position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic critical care environment within a reputable healthcare facility.

Job Details :

Location : Oneonta, NY

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Days (12-hour shifts)

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Monitor and assess patients' conditions, interpreting vital signs and responding to changes.

Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced life support interventions.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Operate and manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other specialized ICU equipment.

Requirements :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.

Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems; EPIC experience preferred.
