Overview

Studio Associate, Set Grip at The Home Depot. The Studio Associate is responsible for working cross departmentally to deliver studio assets. Collaboration is critical, as this role works across several departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • 10% - Collaboration : Collaborate with business partners to define strategy and objectives using creative thinking to self-solve problems and recommendations that elevate final deliverables.
  • 10% - Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance : Drive excellence, best practices and consistent execution of project work; improve quality by studying, evaluating and improving methods used.
  • 55% - Production : Ensure work is consistent with brand standards. Ensure the smooth running of workflow and adherence to correct process, while keeping all teams informed and up-to-date and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • 25% - Safety : Ensure site and studio safety standards and compliance, cleanliness and organization.

    • Travel Requirements

  • Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing / walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

    • Working Conditions

  • Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes that cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
