Job Requirements :
Greeting all guests warmly into the main dining room.
Answer incoming calls for service and take last-minute cancellations and reservations
Keeping track of where all guests have been sat via OpenTable
Proficiency in OpenTable / Seven Rooms
Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth services
Communicate effectively with the floor team and management.
Assist with maintaining the appearance and organization of the host stand and entry area.
Provide guests with accurate wait times and accommodate special requests when possible.
Looking for full-time and part-time, days and nights available
