Post-operative craniotomiesCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesStroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramHigh volume of cervical and spinal surgeriesWhat You'll Do :

Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and evaluate care effectiveness.Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and coordinate appropriate actions.Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and reduce risks.Collaborate on discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach.Evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes; take action when necessary.Demonstrate leadership within the care team, delegating appropriately.Promote a culture of safety and report any safety concerns timely.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.Provide age-appropriate care based on extensive knowledge of growth and development.Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required : Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Education Required : Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Experience Required : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
