Instructional Designer and Program Manager

Overview

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER AND PROGRAM MANAGER, Media Lab – Center for Constructive Communication, will design, plan and execute the programmatic and educational activities of realtalk@MIT including design of engaging, high-quality learning experiences to support student and staff growth and participation as well as design and run projects end-to-end—from conception to delivery and impact assessment; identify how the realtalk@MIT program's learning objectives will be implemented in the MIT community; lead trainings and workshops for the MIT community; and provide overall project management and support for the realtalk@MIT program. This role is split equally between project management and instructional design. Realtalk@MIT is a new dialogue program that brings together human conversation with digital technologies to help the MIT community build the skills needed for constructive communication.
