What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Specialist, your role is to connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. You’ll build rapport, uncover their needs, and guide them toward a solution that works for both parties. You won’t be cold calling — you’ll be working qualified leads nurtured by our follow-up team and driven by our heavy marketing investment.

Compensation :

• On-Target Earnings : $80,000–$100,000+
