• Flexible part-time schedule with only 6 shifts per month
• Appealing daytime hours from 8 am - 6 pm with no overnight shifts
• Manageable daily patient census of 10 - 13 patients
• Critical access hospital has no ICU care and no procedures
• 1099 independent contractor position with malpractice covered and competitive shift rate
