Under the direction of the Senior Engineer, Water Resources, incumbent is responsible for performing engineering analyses related to SWP project facilities and the distribution of costs among SWP contractors with the intent to resolve disputes from water contractors. Timely and effectively prepare technical engineering studies and develop recommendations to support any dispute items. Must be able to work independently and cooperatively with others, and exercise good judgment.
