Accountant Consultant

RGP is seeking a seasoned Accounting Consultant to support our client with critical month-end close activities and financial reporting. This role demands a strong command of Excel, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role is onsite 4-5 days in Loveland, Co.

Lead and execute month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting efficiency.

Utilize advanced Excel functions to streamline reporting and data analysis.

Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution

A minimum of 1 year accounting experience is required

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

PeopleSoft or SAP experience is considered an asset

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. ??

Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. ?

Pay Range : $30-35 / hr. (DOE)
