Conviva Care Centers, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a primary care physician for our clinic in Rockport, Texas.

You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. A day in the life of a Conviva physician

• Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm; no weekends, and 9 paid holidays off
• Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
• See 10-12 patients per day . Opportunity to spend more time with patients
• Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
• Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care

Total compensation package (base pay + bonus) could exceed $300K depending on experience and location .
