Position details include an expected progression plan, a full-time schedule, and an excellent benefit package including health / vision / dental / life insurance options and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS).
This position will be opened until filled, with a first review date of October 21, 2025, at 11 : 59pm. After this date, the position may close without notice. This position may be used to fill similar positions within 12 months.

Accountabilities include coordinating logistics for meetings, events and trainings, providing administrative support for department operations, preparing, reviewing and maintaining reports, records and data, supporting hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes, providing customer service and frontline support, supporting purchasing and budget-related tasks, assisting with course setup, scheduling and enrollment-related processes, maintaining internal and public-facing web pages and platforms, administering institutional platforms, exercising independent judgment to solve routine problems, and contributing to an inclusive, equitable and supportive environment.
Knowledge, skills and abilities include knowledge of administrative procedures, scheduling practices and recordkeeping standards, knowledge of scheduling systems, academic processes and institutional policies, skill in using administrative software and databases, ability to apply standardized procedures, policies and guidelines across administrative and academic functions, ability to manage multiple processes, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment, ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving on routine problems, skill in engaging positively with all populations and communities, and skill in effectively and respectfully communicating with others.
Minimum requirements include an associate degree or equivalent work experience, and 0-2+ years of relevant work experience.
