Role Details :

Job Type : Sales Closer / Inbound Sales Rep / Real Estate Sales Professional / Acquisition Specialist

Hours : Full-time, MonFri (with flexibility for leads until 8 PM)

Annual Compensation : $150,000 (performance-based)

Benefits : Company-paid healthcare, PTO (10 days to start, increasing with tenure), Paid Holidays (Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Day After, Christmas Eve & Day), Performance-Based Incentives

Location : St. Augustine, FL (in-office role)

What Were Looking For :

No prior sales experience required well train you step by step

Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new strategies

Strong verbal communicator who can build trust and take control of conversations

Driven, ambitious, and ready to meet (and exceed) performance goals

Must be responsive to inbound leads during business hours (MonFri) and until 8 PM for after-hours leads
