Warehouse / Hr Manager
Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit operating a large warehouse facility in Lawrenceville. With a small team of fewer than twenty employees and a leadership group based out of state, they need an experienced Warehouse / HR Manager who can provide steady on-site support and keep daily operations running smoothly.
This is a part-time role, working on-site three days per week. Monday and Friday are required on-site, with flexibility for the third day. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being hands-on and can support a small operations team with a wide range of HR needs.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day HR operations for a small warehouse team
- Manage timesheets, attendance, no call no show activity, and PTO tracking using Buddy Punch
- Handle new hire onboarding, including I-9 verification and document coordination
- Maintain employee records, policies, and support updates to the employee handbook
- Assist with leave requests and attendance challenges
- Partner with remote leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment
- Work within existing systems, including JustWorks for payroll, benefits, and time off
