Customer Operations Specialist
Ascend is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Order Fulfillment team as part of the Global Supply Chain organization based out of our Pensacola facility (preferred). It plays a key part in ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. This role is primarily responsible for the overall coordination of all activities necessary to provide sales, service and distribution support to our customers. They play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing logistics costs and inventory.
The successful candidate will possess strong planning and analytical skills, be self-motivated and work well across functions at all levels within the organization.
