In short, we are looking for the ✨Warehouse Team Supervisor✨ for our Warehouse in Portland, Oregon.

To be more precise… POSITION SUMMARY :

  • The Warehouse Team Supervisor plans, directs, and controls all aspects of our inventory movement in the Portland warehouse and outbound.
  • Increases profitability through unsurpassed customer service, team development, quality improvement, and financial management activities.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS :

  • Meets and exceeds weekly and monthly shipping quotas defined by internal metrics.
  • Monitors & manages variable costs based on revenue fluctuations to ensure that the Londonderry Warehouse goals are always achieved.
  • High-level SKU management using our integrated software platforms.
  • Creates and manages our outbound volume.
  • Develops internal SOPs to maintain greater levels of efficiency while ensuring high-quality customer order fulfillment.
  • Supports all departments by aligning individual contributions with those of the team and group.
  • Shares needed information with others in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contributes to the company by identifying, implementing, and evaluating new programs or program enhancements that will increase overall customer satisfaction.
  • Uses appropriate problem-solving skills in response to issues, conflict and / or expressions of dissatisfaction.
  • Understands and consistently monitors and applies all internal quality standards and policies relating to current operating systems.

    • COMPENSATION :
