What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Required Credential(s) : BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. For incumbents working in Kansas-based facilities, licensure through the Kansas Board of Nursing will be required.

Preferred Credential(s) : Drug Enforcement Admin. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

Education : Master's degree of Nursing required.
