We are seeking a Specialist, Business Development (Litigation) to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York office (hybrid). In this role you will collaborate with the Assistant Director, Litigation to drive business growth and enhance market presence by nurturing existing client relationships and strategically acquiring new ones. You will facilitate seamless coordination and execution of business development initiatives, supported by various functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, Events, and Strategic Intelligence. Collaborating closely with the global Business Development team to ensure the highest level of market engagement and client service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Client Targeting and Client Growth :

Supports the BD team in the identification of new targets and the execution of various activities that enable partners to build new and existing relationships, including the coordination of meetings and events, pitches and proposals, thought leadership marketing, among others.

Coordinates RFPs and pitches for new business development opportunities, with support from practice-based pitch team, working closely with relevant partners and the Business Development team.

Collaborates with the Experience team to ensure the Firm's experience database is always up to date.

Collaborates with the Marketing and global PR teams to raise the Litigation Department's internal and external visibility in key markets through speaking opportunities, public relations, and social media.
