Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop a treatment plan with measurable goals and timelines
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries
• Communicate effectively with other treating professionals
• Attend required meetings and in-services (Full-Time only)
• Supervise OTAs as needed
