About the Role :

We are currently hiring for Tampa Metro Region in Florida. Join our Home Healthcare team in the Tampa, FL Metro Region, offering Flexible Scheduling and a Competitive Salary.

Romet Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist in Tampa FL Metro Region, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient mobility and quality of life. We are looking for passionate professionals eager to make a difference in the community through personalized care and innovative treatment plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

    • Requirements :

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist License (Required)
  • Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
  • Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed.
