Position Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Quality Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on field-based quality inspections and documentation to ensure construction activities meet project specifications and company standards. The position requires regular travel to job sites across the eastern seaboard and provides a strong foundation for growth into project management, field supervision, or other production roles.

Responsibilities

• Visit and travel to job sites to perform quality inspections on materials, installations, and workmanship
• Verify compliance with plans, specifications, and East & Westbrook quality standards
• Document inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions
• Track and manage punch list items with project teams and subcontractors
• Support implementation of company quality procedures
• Participate in site meetings and walkthroughs
