A PM Bakery Driver for Tatte's Boston Bakery understands, embraces, and embodies this purpose and plays an important role within our bakery and cafes. A PM Bakery Driver is responsible for transporting materials to our various sites and / or customers in a safe and timely manner. This person will be responsible for loading and delivering all products to other cafes. Our delivery trucks are 16 to 22 feet long with a lift gate, so previous experience is strongly preferred. Additionally, the driver will receive work-related assignments from the Bakery Logistics Manager and execute these assignments at our bakery in a safe and timely manner. A successful candidate must be detailed-oriented, has strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, a desire to continually learn and grow and is a team player with excellent communications skills and clean driving record.

Essential Functions :

• Work with packing team to double check and pack orders into delivery vehicles
• Follow delivery schedule so that baked goods are delivered from our facility in South Boston to our cafes and catering kitchens in downtown Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Wellesley, Somerville, Arlington and Belmont in the established order
• Communicate any delivery issues with our Bakery Logistics Manager
• Maintain a positive, hospitality-driven attitude
