Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Victory Clinic is seeking a BE / BC Psychiatrist (with interest OR experience TMS / ECT) to lead our growing Colorado Springs clinic. We provide advanced interventional psychiatry treatments, including TMS and SPRAVATO , in a compassionate and patient-centered setting. This is a leadership-track outpatient role with no call, no weekends, and no major holidays-ideal for a psychiatrist seeking meaningful work and a healthy work-life balance. Training in TMS and SPRAVATO is provided.

The Position :

Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO services (full training provided)

100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends

Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development

Strong team culture and full admin support

Compensation :

Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend
