Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Management Specialist (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to) :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience in a role requiring project management skills, tools, and processes. 2+ years of experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a cross functional environment. Experience leading projects in a formal and / or informal role.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)
Bachelor's degree or higher. Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal). Experience with highly technical & regulated industries. Proficient knowledge in all MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) must be able to analyze and generate reports. Experience in RIO and Lesson Learned capture and implementation.
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range : $73,100 - $90,300.
