Job Summary : Doctors Hospital of Augusta and Burn and Reconstructive Centers of America are a seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician specializing in Plastic and Microvascular Surgery to join our team. The successful candidate will provide advanced surgical care, including complex reconstructive and microsurgical procedures, with a strong emphasis on achieving optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in patient education, and contribute to research and innovation within the specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex plastic and reconstructive surgeries with a focus on microvascular techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and long-term care planning.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and advancement of surgical practices.
• Participate in clinical research, teaching, and scholarly activities as applicable.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and institutional standards of medical practice.
